Quando si parla di rivoluzione informatica, si pensa lì per lì al garage del villino a Los Altos, a 6 km. da Stanford University, in California, dove nel 1976 un gruppo di ragazzini fondarono la startup che trasformerà e sedurrà il mondo.

I cd. ragazzini, sono l’obiettivo ricercato dai cacciatori di teste dei grandi marchi della Silicon Valley, che vanno a caccia di questi piccoli geni, così folli e creativi che fanno riapparire in mente Steve Jobs e Steve Wozniak, che nel 1976 fondarono l’Apple.

Un numero inconcepibile di minorenni, frequenta le conferenze tecnologiche per presentare nuovi brevetti, installa le sue apps sugli smartphone e qualcuno finisce sui giornali economici di tutto il mondo per i loro guadagni.

Un grande impulso all’abbassamento dell’età nel campo tecnologico, è stato dato proprio da Apple e da Google.

Quest’ultima ha qualche tempo fa invitato 200 giovanissimi partecipanti il più piccolo di 11 anni, alla propria assemblea annua, riservata a tutti i creatori che sviluppano nuovi software e apps.

Tali geni dell’informatica e dell’analisi sono ormai conosciuti come nerd, passano spesso intere giornate ad accrescere nuove scoperte, che levano di sicuro un po’ di tempo alla loro giovinezza, ma in cambio ritirano assegni fino a 30 milioni di dollari.

Apple invece ha ridotto l’età minima per essere accettati alle sue conferenze developer dai 18 ai 13 anni nel 2012. Sono state vinte da minorenni le borse di studio bandite da Apple fissate per i professionisti veri.

Questi “artefici” minorenni, per presentare le loro app sull’Apple Store, si annotano utilizzando il nome dei padri, mentre al contrario per Google la complicazione dell’età è inesistente, il punto

vendita Google Play non ha limitazioni di età, vuole solo che ci si registri con la carta di credito nel proprio account.

Anche in Italia, la situazione non cambia di molto, un esempio su tutti è Andrea, un genio adolescente, a soli 14 anni sviluppa App per Apple.

In una intervista che Andrea ha rilasciato di recente , ha dichiarato che l’ organizzazione lo ha attirato fin da bambino, ma è rimasto entusiasmato quando ho studiato il sistema operativo della Grande Mela ed inoltre è stato affascinato dal crisma di Steve Jobs, tanto che ha voluto apprendere la tecnica informatica grazie al quale gli informatici riescono a attuare programmi pratici e seducenti. Ha inaugurato la sua attività con il programmino che utilizzava in sede scolastica per coordinare la disposizione dei banchi tra i suoi compagni di classe. Senza esserne preparato, gli pervenne l’invito che gli dava la possibilità di prendere parte allo SMAU di Milano, così ha sfidato se stesso ed ha acconsentito . In realtà non avrebbe potuto essere in gara, perché solo ai maggiorenni è consentito, ma ha incuriosito così tanto gli organizzatori che hanno disposto di dare vita volutamente per lui alla tipologia del creatore di app più “in erba” d’Italia.

Il secondo quesito posto era connesso al piano di lavoro che l’ha portato al concorso SMAU che ha interessato tanto gli addetti ai lavori, la sua risposta è stata “In realtà l’app che ho presentato allo SMAU è molto semplice. Si chiama “Mangiafuoco” ed è pensata per il ristorante di mio padre, grazie alla app si poteva prenotare o avere informazioni sul menù o sul locale e aggiornamenti quotidiani sull’attività“.

In aggiunta a questa app, il piccolo talento ha creato un’altra app chiamata iList, che fa da memorandum per tutto ciò che si vuole acquistare, una specie di “Lista della spesa” interattiva. L’idea gli è partita osservando la mamma, che adopera sempre post-it di carta per fare la spesa, così sullo smartphone avrebbe invece tutto sotto controllo. E se tralascia una cosa, può sincronizzare la lista con gli altri della famiglia. Semplicemente ovvio e geniale. Funziona come i calendari on-line per i dipendenti sincronizzati dalle imprese.

L’ultima app a cui stà ancora lavorando si chiama iVision che estende la funzione di Instagram di montare video in sequenza. Su instagram infatti i video non possono durare più di 15 secondi, ma se si vuole montare un filmino più lungo..nessun problema, basta usare iVision, l’app del piccolo sviluppatore.

    it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear
    and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
